RWS Kids Online | Student Virtual Portfolio
Welcome to the RWS Kids Online! This is an online gallery developed to showcase student work during the stay@home movement to practice safe and healthy educational practices during our virtual learning transition. Our students are working wonders with limited art materials to bring their ideas to life on paper, digital devices, and scrap surfaces! We are following district and state standards to continue learning from our safe spaces, while showing the world that nothing can stop art from powering through! Let us be your inspiration to create, express, and invent! We are the RWS Panthers and nothing is going to stop us! Stay@home and make art with us! It has been a crazy year and I have finally caught up with editing student
artwork for the year of 2020-2021 and posting it to our stay@home
website. Please be patient as I continue to add more of our amazing artwork
and update the rest of our website! Our students have succeeded in
creating phenomenal art with limited supplies AND from their own home!
Major credit to the students, parents, and teachers for making this unique
year a memorable one and proving you can achieve anything!

This week we are celebrating Memorial Day with some red, white, and blue appreciation! Our students are sharing their American flag creations and exploring art & design through peace, love, and unity! We are also coming close to the end of our school year and our students are eager to show us some of the beautiful artwork they have created in their free time. Their personal art can be found in our Independent Student Work Gallery -where we are proudly seeing tons of growth! I would love to work towards posting some of the gorgeous projects the RWS students completed in the beginning half of our school year, and I am hoping to locate some of the photos I took before we started our state-wide lock down. Check back to see if that section appears soon!

This marks week 9 of our virtual learning experience. Our students are working hard to turn in creative art projects- many from which are personal artworks that students volunteer to submit to our RWS Kids Online website. I am very proud of their dedication and efforts to keep their passion for art strong! We have learned about famous artists like Van Gogh, Matisse, Da Vinci, Malevich, & more. Our stay@home art has been a success and we will finish out the year on top! This website will soon be linked the Ms. Swin's Class website. I will do my best to post the artwork I was fortunate to get a picture of from the 2019-2020 school year so everyone can see the beautiful work our students completed before our virtual learning experience started. |

Two of our RWS teachers have submitted personal artwork to the Panther Faculty Art Gallery section, and both did a wonderful job! I will be submitting my art when it is finished-I am working hard to get it done. We have quite a bit of student work coming in and each section is updated weekly with new work! I am trying to get some mid-week submissions posted too! Please be sure to check the blog to see some featured student work. The RWS students of the month will be updated in a few short weeks. Also, check out our Independent Student Work section-we have a few new pieces posted there! |

We have a new section! Feast your eyes on our Panther Faculty Stay@home Art Gallery! This section has just been added so give our faculty members some time to submit some of the artwork they are doing from home during our stay@home art challenge! Maybe we will get lucky and see some interesting cake decorating, or house painting, or even gardening! These are all fun forms of artistic expression! Stop by soon to see what we have added to our new sections! |

Check out our newest section, "Panthers Independent Art"- a section dedicated to the person artwork of our RWS students. We want our students to share their original art with their RWS family & friends. The independent art section will be updated as artwork is submitted to spread the ideas of our students and inspire, influence, and encourage others to get their hands dirty and make some awesome art! Check it out, share it, and be a part of it! We are staying@home and making it happen!
